Tidak perlu dilaksanakan kerana akhirnya dimonopoli oleh sesuatu kaum sahaja.
Very uncoordinated position of PR on LCE.Need to show its commitment to LCE by making i happen. Democracy demands that its done immediately and not delayed.

Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC) - They have said it, but they have not started it. Only DAP is for it strongly.
Selangor's Achilles Heel in that there is no direct or clear movement to the promise. Even the state does not think it has come to a middle score. The opposition's remark that local elections are unnecessary because they will be controlled by one race has so much context, in that Selangor is a non-Malay majority state and that a view not clarified by all the Malay majority parties in Pakatan and Barisan is how they feel about the electoral math. KUASA commends BN for willing to state their objection as being more practical even if bigoted rather than on principle.
