KUASA comments:

Housing especially low cost housing is increasingly major issue in the country, mostly in urban areas. The state does run low cost rental units in the city with very high take up rate and a long waiting list. Which is indicative of the need, but most stakeholders seem to be unclear of where the developments are occuring. State might want to improve their information flow in this regard.
